Three students issued criminal trespass warnings

One vehicle was towed because of the damage it sustained in a traffic accident in the C-1 parking lot. There were no injuries.

An officer investigated a theft at the Wiggins Dining Hall in which an employee's wallet was stolen from the kitchen area.

An officer investigated criminal mischief at the southeast side of the Wall Residence Hall in which the concrete cigarette receptacle near the door was damaged.

Two officers investigated the burglary of a vehicle in the C-2 parking lot. The front driver-side window was shattered and a car stereo was taken.

The driver of a vehicle was arrested for driving while intoxicated on the 4600 block of Fourth Street and a passenger was arrested for public intoxication. Both the driver and passenger were students.

A student was arrested on the 1800 block of Flint Avenue for driving while intoxicated after an employee of University Parking Services observed three intoxicated people enter a vehicle and drive away from the Z4-M parking lot. The officer also arrested two other students for public intoxication. The three students were transported to the Lubbock County jail.

An officer arrested a student for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The student was arrested after a welfare check in the Z5-B parking lot. A second student also was arrested for the possession of marijuana and both students were transported to the Lubbock County jail.

An officer responded to a medical emergency 911 call in Holden Hall. The student called saying she was intoxicated and needed medical assistance. The student was transported to the University Medical Center Emergency room at her request.

An officer investigated criminal mischief on the sixth floor of the Gates Residence Hall in which a ceiling tile was damaged and used condoms were placed in a resident's room.

Three students were issued criminal trespass warnings from specific areas on campus when they were discovered in the Charles E. Maedgen Jr. Theatre after the building was closed.
