Nov. 10

Two officers investigated theft at 8:59 a.m. at the northeast bicycle rack at the University Library in which a men's bicycle was reported stolen.

An officer investigated criminal mischief at 10:19 a.m. on the first and second floors of Murdough Residence Hall in which the bathrooms were flooded and caused damage to the floors.

Two officers documented damaged property at 1:29 p.m. in the R-19 library parking lot in which a vehicle damaged a light pole.

An officer investigated tampering with a government record at 1:56 p.m. in the Z-1B parking lot in which a handicap placard was altered.

An officer investigated a hit-and-run accident at 2:23 p.m. in the Z-5B parking lot. No injuries were reported.

An officer investigated theft at 2:41 p.m. at the north bicycle racks at Hulen Residence Hall in which a men's bicycle was reported stolen.

An officer investigated debit/credit card abuse at 2:48 p.m.

An officer investigated a hit-and-run accident at 2:56 p.m. in the S-1 parking lot. No injuries were reported.

An officer investigated theft at 3:08 p.m. in the Financial Services department of the Jerry S. Rawls College of Business Administration building in which money was reported stolen from an unsecured desk.

An officer investigated a traffic accident at 7:42 p.m. in the R-7 parking lot. No injuries were reported.

An officer investigated theft at 5:05 p.m. at the southeast bicycle rack at Horn Residence Hall in which a bicycle was reported stolen.

An officer investigated an accident at 7:41 p.m. in the R-7 parking lot. No injuries were reported.

An officer investigated a hit-and-run accident at 8:30 p.m. in the C-11 parking lot in which a vehicle struck an unoccupied vehicle.

An officer investigated a hit-and-run accident at 8:40 p.m. in the Z-3L parking lot in which a vehicle struck an unoccupied vehicle.

Nov. 12

An officer documented information about a possibly intoxicated employee at 8:09 a.m. in the Administrative Support building. An individual received a call about a MailTech employee being intoxicated while on duty.

Two officers documented identifying information at 8:40 a.m. in which a grounds maintenance employee provided the officers with employment and identifying documentation.

An officer investigated burglary of a vehicle at 12:14 p.m. in the Texas Tech Museum parking lot in which a passenger window was broken and a purse was reported stolen.

An officer investigated theft at 1:10 p.m. at the northeast bicycle rack at the library in which a bicycle and lock were reported stolen.

An officer investigated burglary of a vehicle at 3:19 p.m. in the C-2 parking lot in which the driver-side door's lock was punched in and two speakers and an amplifier were reported stolen from the vehicle.

An officer investigated burglary of a vehicle at 4:55 p.m. in the C-2 parking lot in which the driver-side door's lock was punched in and an Alpine CD player, amplifier and two subwoofers were reported stolen from the vehicle.

An officer investigated theft at 6:06 p.m. in the Frazier Pavilion in which a Canon digital camera was reported stolen.

A student was issued a citation at 6:56 p.m. in Weymouth Residence Hall for possession of drug paraphernalia. The student was released.

An officer investigated an accident at 8:52 p.m. in the 3300 block of Main Street. No injuries were reported.

Nov. 13

An officer investigated burglary of a vehicle at 12:40 a.m. in the Z-1B parking lot in which the driver-side door's lock was punched in and a Pioneer CD player and two Rockford Fozgate speakers were reported stolen.

An officer investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle at 1:14 a.m. in the Z-6A parking lot in which the passenger side door was scratched by a male when he got out of his vehicle.

Two officers responded to a medical call at 11 a.m. in the Biology building in which a female fainted and was transported to the University Medical Center emergency room.

An officer investigated an accident at 11:15 a.m. in the Z-4M parking lot involving a Tech vehicle. No injuries were reported.

An officer investigated an attempted theft at 1 p.m. at the west bicycle rack at the Human Sciences building in which an observer witnessed a male cut a bicycle lock and attempt to remove the bicycle from the rack. The bicycle was taken to the Police Department for safekeeping.

An officer investigated theft at 2:26 p.m. at the north bicycle rack at Hulen Residence Hall in which a Specialized mountain bicycle was reported stolen.

An officer investigated criminal mischief at 3:28 p.m. at Coleman Residence Hall in which a door plate was damaged.

An officer investigated theft at 6:52 p.m. in Chitwood Residence Hall in which a Burbury purse and a Juicy necklace were reported stolen.

A student was arrested at 10:36 p.m. in the 3100 block of 18th Street for theft of a bicycle. The student was released pending the filing of charges.

Nov. 14

An officer documented a cashier's check at 8:05 a.m. at the Tech Federal Credit Union.

An officer investigated burglary of a vehicle at 11:30 a.m. in the C-16 parking lot in which a lock was punched in and a checkbook was reported stolen.

An officer investigated an accident at 12:45 p.m. in the C-10 parking lot involving a Tech vehicle. No injuries were reported.

An officer documented information about a non-student at 1:36 p.m. in which the non-student may have been stealing bicycles from Horn/Knapp Residence Hall bicycle racks.

An officer investigated an accident at 4:16 p.m. in the C-1 parking lot in which a vehicle struck an unoccupied vehicle. No injuries were reported.

An officer investigated an accident at 4:56 p.m. in the 1800 block of Indiana Avenue. No injuries were reported.

Nov. 16

A student was arrested at 12 a.m. in Sneed Residence Hall for public intoxication and was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.

A student was arrested at 12:24 a.m. in Hulen Residence Hall for public intoxication, criminal mischief and possession of a fictitious driver's license. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.

An officer investigated criminal mischief at 2:34 a.m. in Coleman Residence Hall in which a window was broken.

An officer investigated theft at 1:18 p.m. in the University Library in which two prescription bottles and an inhaler were reported stolen.
