An officer documented information about burglary of a habitation at 2:15 p.m. at an off-campus location. The incident involved several students and was investigated by the Lubbock Police Department.
A non-student was issued a criminal trespass warning at 7:08 p.m. from all Texas Tech property for a domestic disturbance involving a student. The criminal trespass warning was sent through the mail.

An officer investigated forgery at 9:11 p.m. at the Tech Federal Credit Union in which a counterfeit $100 bill was found.An officer investigated theft at 10:07 a.m. in the Architecture building in which a Dell computer was reported stolen.

An officer investigated assault at 1:24 p.m. in which a non-student reportedly was punched in the head at Gate 2 of Jones AT&T Stadium following the Tech vs. Texas football game.

A student was issued a Lubbock County citation at 1:15 a.m. in the C-2 parking lot for possession of alcohol by a minor and then was released.An officer responded to a medical call at 11:05 a.m. at the Robert H. Ewalt Student Recreation Center in which a student had a seizure and was transported to the University Medical Center emergency room.
Two officers investigated a hit-and-run accident at 2:27 p.m. in the C-1 parking lot involving an unoccupied vehicle. No injuries were reported.
A non-student was arrested at 8:40 p.m. in the 1400 block of Flint Avenue for assault on a public servant, resisting arrest, driving with an invalid license and criminal mischief. The non-student kicked the inside of the patrol car after being arrested, causing damage to the window frame. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
Nov. 6
An officer investigated an accident at 11 a.m. in the C-16 parking lot. No injuries were reported.An officer documented a vehicle at 12:45 p.m. in the R-13 parking lot in which the back window was found broken and several Army ROTC dummy weapons were found inside. The dummy weapons were released to an ROTC staff member.
An officer responded to a medical call at 1:25 p.m. at Jones AT&T Stadium in which a staff member fell and was transported to the UMC emergency room.
Two officers investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle at 2:10 p.m. in the Z-6A parking lot in which the passenger side tires of the vehicle were flattened.
An officer investigated theft at 4:15 p.m. at the northeast bicycle rack of Coleman Residence Hall in which a BMX FBM bicycle was reported stolen.
An officer investigated theft at 3:09 p.m. in the Wall/Gates dining facility in which a purse was reported stolen.
Two officers investigated criminal mischief at 4:15 p.m. in Weymouth and Murdough Residence Halls in which two phones in the halls were damaged.
A student was arrested at 7:34 p.m. in the Z-4R parking lot for possession of more than one valid driver's license. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
A student was detained at 8:20 p.m. in Wall Residence Hall for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The student was released pending the filing of charges.

An officer investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle at 4:53 p.m. in the Flint Avenue Parking Garage in which the passenger-side window was broken.An officer documented information about lost property at 5:01 p.m. in which a Blackjack cell phone was lost Nov. 1 in Jones AT&T Stadium during the football game.
An officer investigated theft at 5:29 p.m. in the C-2 parking lot in which a Tech class ring was reported stolen Nov. 1.
An officer investigated criminal mischief to a vehicle at 6:31 p.m. in which a vehicle had two dents in the back-left quarter of the vehicle.
Two students were arrested at 7:38 p.m. in Weymouth Residence Hall for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. One of the students was released pending the filing of charges for possession of a fictitious license, and both students were transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
A student was arrested at 10:29 p.m. in the Chitwood/Weymouth Residence Hall lobby for public intoxication. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.

Six students and three non-students were arrested for public intoxication during the Tech vs. OSU football game Saturday. The students were transported to the Lubbock County Jail.An officer investigated theft at 2:04 p.m. at Jones AT&T Stadium in which a microphone, microphone cords, microphone flags and an ESPN banner were reported stolen.
An officer investigated criminal mischief at 3:37 p.m. in the Z-4R parking lot in which a driver-side mirror was damaged on a vehicle.
A student was arrested at 5:49 p.m. in the Z-4R parking lot for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
A student was arrested at 6:49 p.m. at Gate 1 of Jones AT&T Stadium for assault in which the student punched a non-student in the face, causing minor injuries. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
A student was arrested at 7:49 p.m. in the C-2 parking lot for public intoxication and evading arrest. The student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
Four students were issued Lubbock County citations at 9:25 p.m. in Weymouth Residence Hall for possession of alcohol by a minor and were released. One student was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia, and another student was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Both students were transported to the Lubbock County jail.
A student was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on the north concourse of Jones AT&T Stadium for criminal trespass and was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
A student was arrested at 9:36 p.m. in Section 122 of Jones AT&T Stadium for public intoxication and assault and was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
An officer investigated a hit-and-run accident at 10:46 p.m. in the C-4 parking lot that involved an unattended vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Nov. 9
Two officers responded to a medical call at 7:05 a.m. in Murray Residence hall in which the student was determined to be harmful to himself without medical treatment. The student was transported to the UMC emergency room for further treatment.An officer investigated theft at 3:56 p.m. in which a student paid more than $500 on PayPal for a product that was never received.
A non-student was issued a criminal trespass warning at 3:52 p.m. in the Business Administration building in which the non-student was disrupting a class.
A student was arrested at 10:31 p.m. in the 1200 block of Akron Avenue for driving while intoxicated. The student was transported to Lubbock County Jail.
An officer documented theft at 11:29 p.m. in the Tech Police Department lobby in which a student's prescription medicine was reported stolen.
